Mr. McElwee was an inmate that was incarcerated with David Page in the Midland county jail.

You will notice that in his testimony he mentions “A Spanish guy.” This “Spanish guy,” is Raynaldo Rayvilla. Please read his statement that was provided after Clinton was wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death.

The prosecutor tried to discredit Mr. McElwee by pointing out that he is a gang member and drug user. Two things that are not uncommon amongst prisoners. Sadly, Mr. Rayvilla was not known about at the time of Clinton’s trial.

Though Mr. Rayvilla helps establish credibility to Mr. McElwee to show that David Page was bragging about getting away with murder. As well as David Page stating that they couldn’t prove that it was him because he had on gloves! The same gloves the police failed to test!

The prosecution also failed to mention that at the time Mr. McElwee testified he was the FBI’s key witness into the prosecution of an alleged meth ring in West Texas. Mr. McElwee was just waiting on all the other suspects to be arrested and go to trial. He is now in the federal witness protection program, at least from the information gathered from Clinton’s defense.

Mr. McElwee helped send ten member of his own organization that is discussed in his testimony, to life in federal prison. These facts, as well as Mr. Rayvilla’s statement help to show that Mr. McElwee was telling the truth and was only concerned with such.
