The following testimony helps Clinton in 2 ways.

#1. Ms. Van Winkle shows that Clinton did not wear the gloves

#2. During cross examination by the prosecutor the prosecutor asks Ms. Van Winkle about the attorney’s for Clinton failing to request all the other evidence to be tested. Sadly this error by Clinton’s trial attorney’s cost him dearly.

It wasn’t until after Clinton was on death row that he was able to get proper ballistic testing done.

Ms. Van Winkle shows that the attorneys could have done this at trial, which would have helped to ensure that Clinton did not get wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death. It was truly a life and death mistake.

David Page didn’t admit to wearing gloves until he learned from the prosecutors office that the gloves were being tested. The type of testing discussed in Ms. Van Winkles testimony can still be done on the gloves. Mr. Richard Ernest details how he can still do this testing if given the gloves and funding to do so.

A “Stain C” is discussed in the following testimony. It pertains to a spot on the outside of the gloves. The investigator only requested for the outside of the gloves to be tested for DNA! A person wears gloves when trying to avoid detection, not carry them around in their hands. So that fact that the police only requested the outside of the gloves be tested shows in even greater detail their incompetence.

These facts as well show how the odds were greatly against Clinton. Stain C only pertained to one little spot on the outside of the gloves that is from cross examination, if it was even from Clinton. The results of stain C only show that he “could” have been the contributor. The attorney’s did not ask for this Stain to be retested as it was irrelevant and confirmed nothing against Clinton. If it confirms nothing, then there is nothing to defend against.
