After the prosecution, finished with its case, the defense was able to call witness’s to testify on Clinton’s behalf.

The defense recalled Kent Spencer, as David Page denied ever having the weapon and stated that he was in a hostage situation. Also to help reinforce that, it was David Page driving the truck and also David Page, that was in possession of the weapon while Mr. Petrey was alive.
