Loud and Clear
1/19/10
Well it surely has been a journey the last week or so.
I left on the 6th of Jan & got back the 14th.
Sadly I didn’t get my mail so if you sent me a jpay email between the 5th to the 15th, I didn’t get it! As well as any letters that you mailed after Christmas. So just please resend them. Some will get letters back. Just resend them.
I am pissed off about a few thing’s as this article will not be my best. I seem to have to deal with unstable people over & over again. I guess they just cant help themselves. Anyways.
The piece of shit sheriff of Midland decided that I don’t have any civil rights & that he is above the law. He prevented my lawyers from being able to interview people, then the sorry ass judge made my lawyers discuss the people in front of the prosecution office. This allowed them to interview the people before my lawyers could. Though two refused to talk to the prosecutor’s investigators. So the judge tried to make us interview the people in open court in front of the prosecutor. They violated my rights in all kinds of ways. My lawyers told me several times throughout the hearing and afterwards “I never seen nothing like this place in my life!” The level of corruption is just out of this world.
People should keep in mind that Midland Texas is the home of George & Laura Bush. They got a big sign outside of town bragging about it. Also it was the first place that George Bush flew to after leaving Washington D.C.
But I’m going to use their oppressive nature against them.
Plus I just got back and it seems I got to deal with more people that act like they are still in high school! I just do not understand how people can waste life on such frivolous bullshit. It disgusts me as I am sitting here trying so hard to stay alive & I see people spending their time on such stupid shit. I don’t see how anyone can claim to be happy in life when they allow such childish shit to consume them. Anyways. Maybe when they get older they will see how much life they wasted.
As for the actual hearing. It was ok. Didn’t go exactly as I wanted it to. But there were many positive developments.
Also some seem to think I had a trial of sorts. No, it was just a court hearing. Meaning my lawyers & the prosecution questioned witnesses to get more information into the appeal record. It was done in front of the judge. The judge is supposed to make sure the law is followed & fairness is maintained. Though the judge I got, whom is a replacement of my other judge due to him having to go through chemo, seems to think he is an arm of the prosecution. So basically I ended up with an even worse judge. He retires in a year & is from a small town where he has been judge for many years.
A positive note is that I finally got to hug Katie. I was happy to be able to do that. Even though I had handcuffs on. I was cuffed in the front with the handcuffs hooked to a chain that went around my waist. There was a little bit of mobility. I spent a lot of time talking to her. Sadly I did not get to talk to some others that I wanted to. Some I was supposed to talk to but I ended up loosing the ability to, as I got relocated to a cell with no running water. I will get to that in a minute.
A highlight was getting to speak with Randi. I haven’t heard her voice since I was thirteen! So I was happy to be able to talk with her.
My sister Christy was there as well and Angela. Though Angela left before the hearing was over. Actually about an hour before I could have gave her a hug.
At first the bailiff acted as if he wasn’t going to let me hug Christy. I was pissed. Though he ended up letting me. He said it was okay to hug Christy, but Katie just stepped up afterwards. J Hey, you want something you get it. That’s what I say.
Being able to hug or just actually touch someone that I share so much of my life with makes everything seem more real.
I mean, it may be hard for people to understand. But you can exchange a thousand letters with a person. It all becomes different when you are able to actually touch them. Plus I was glad she was able to see the events of the hearing unfold. Seeing as how she runs my campaign. It is good that she seen how I interacted with people that was apart of my trial team, and such.
The paralegal that helped with my trial came in to talk to me and watch the hearing.
A former lawyer that testified, he went smooth off on the prosecution saying they are corrupt and have been corrupt. Many was shocked about the things that he said. The prosecution was scared to even ask anymore questions as he was worried about what my former lawyer would say. Plus when the lawyer got done he walked right over and shook my hand. He even talked about how there was no real evidence, just these dudes putting everything on me.
A side development is the prosecution always said my co-defendants couldn’t have collaborated their story. Well one of them admitted that they had exchanged letters with a family member & such. Just as I told the court they had done! So another element of my claims proven true!
Another interesting factor was the lack of media presence! ANY other time I have a hearing it has tv crews and etc. as well as that stupid Midland reporter for the newspaper. The same idiot that lied in an article and said I stole a car when I was younger and two small kids had to be rescued. Well they wasn’t there this time. It just so happens that this hearing is about how corrupt the prosecution is, yet there is no media to cover it?!
Just goes to show that the media in that town is nothing but an acting arm of the prosecution!!!!
Anywho. The sheriff moved me to a small ass cell with no running water. If I wanted water I had to ask the pigs for it. I wouldn’t see them for maybe five hours at a time sometimes. Plus the cell next to it was for the working inmates. There is a big vent that connects the two cells. So I could climb up on the back of the toilet & see into the next cell & hear everything. Well the other cell was used for working inmates that had to use the restroom, so it was like living next to a porta potty.
I still have flashes of rage from my trip to Midland!
At one point I felt like telling them to not ask me if I want to eat or nothing! To just leave me the hell alone!
One guard, bless his retarded heart. I made mention of how the sheriff was violating state & federal law. The guard told me “well this is Texas & we can be our own nation so things are a little different here.” I just looked down and shook my head. I was thinking, ‘O my god he did not just say what I think he did!’
The reality is that is how they think out there!
They are that stupid. There is a very popular MYTH that Texas can separate itself from the rest of the United States & be its own country. That is NOT true! If the Texas government tries to do that, the president can send in troops to take over the government & the govenor could be charged with treason & executed. That is in federal law.
NO state can leave the union. BEFORE the civil war, Texas could. Now a state cannot go against the federal government.
A prime example is, in Texas we have a holiday called June-teenth. It is for blacks. It is on June 19th. Texas refused to end slavery after the civil war so the federal government had to send in troops to make them stop.
The civil war was about states trying to separate themselves from the union. So if Texas could be its own nation, then it would have had not to be in the war and could have become its own nation after the war.
Anyways, I don’t want to go on and on about that.
I am trying to get all my mail straight. Some one is going to get my inmate trust fund receipt. As this place just put my emails & etc in someone’s letter and mailed it to Midland. So Midland is going to ‘Return to Sender’ it. So whoever gets it please return it to me. Thanks!
I am glad I don’t do no shady stuff! Ha! As with this place making mistakes like that I would be in a wreck.
Alrighty, I got to get this ready to go out. Hopefully next time I write an article, I will be calmer.
I do want to thank those that are stepping up to sponsor a coffin for the march! They are used to raise awareness to the amount of people executed. Also the funds go to helping get buses so that we can get more people from Houston, Dallas and etc to attend the event. I am only aware of three people sponsoring a coffin so far. So there is like over 450 more to get sponsored by March. As that is when the Rally/March is. So if you cant actually attend the event and want to help, Please sponsor a coffin and encourage others too. Thanks.
I leave as I came & remain
