Clinton Young on Death Row - innocent on death row

In January I will have a hearing on my appeal. After January 1^st 2010 I am asking that no one send me any mail, unless done by www.jpay.com, as I will get it the same day. Asking questions will not get any answers. As I don’t know. I just know I got a hearing. I do know there is some schedule changes to accommodate some other witnesses. As they couldn’t be there on the prior date. It could be earlier or later. I don’t know. I just want to make sure that no one sends me mail, as I will not be on this unit. Due to this fact and TDCJ mailroom policy, all my mail will be forwarded. This will result in letters being returned to sender as I will be back before the mail gets to the location I am at. So no point in sending a letter until I am back. Just keep an eye on this page or my S.A.I.L site for updates. IF any mail comes back to you it is due to the fact that I was not here when it got here! So just please write me again.

On to other things. Ideas are being churned out about the march in March to take place in Austin, TX. Several have expressed concern about not being able to be there. A manner for those that cant be there to assist has been developed. Katie will outline all of these ideas. I think many will find the idea very neat and new!

My whole manner of thinking revolves around breaking barriers and making my own path. So many try the same old tired process. The ideas will be put in place for the march in Austin and Washington D.C. Hopefully some of those that cant attend the Austin march , can attend the D.C. march.

I have outlined how I want and need my site set up. So that is getting done. My poem book is nearing completion. The dvd is about ready to be shipped. A few more campaign packets was ordered. The new year is seemingly thus far off to a decent start.

I welcome any and all ideas. I as well thank everyone for the well wishes of support.

I extend my hope and encouragement for each of you to be able to achieve your new years resolutions.
