Motion and Order to Reveal Plea Bargains

The following are legal papers that Clinton’s attorneys had filed prior to trial asking the court to have the prosecution reveal any plea bargains or deals given to any witness in Clinton’s case, or any information that could be favorable to Clinton.

The judge granted this, and ordered that the State prosecutors do so. Even though the Judge granted this, the prosecution failed to reveal the information.
