Statements About Post Conviction Investigator

The following statements, are a collection of statements that were given about the misconduct of the investigator that worked on Clinton’s appeal.

Sadly, Clinton’s case was the last she ever worked on. It certainly was not the least amount of damage. She was found to have been smoking crack/cocaine with Clinton’s brother and attempting to do drugs with other witness’s. She waited until two weeks before Clinton’s appeal was due, to do any kind of investigation.

Lisa Milstein worked on the most vital portion of Clinton’s appeal which is known as the state writ of habeas corpus. It is often called “The Great Writ,” as it opens the door for any new evidence to be brought out before the court.

As a result of Lisa Milstein’s totally inept investigation, none of the testing was able to be done.

The attorney that worked with Lisa on Clinton’s case was Gary Taylor. The copies of the letters that Clinton sent to his legal team of Mr. Taylor and Ms. Milstein are provided on this site to show how hard he tried to get them and help him.

It wasn’t until Gary Taylor and Lisa Milstein were off of Clinton’s case, that he was able to get the ballistics testing.

In Texas, there is no constitutional protection when it comes to the effectiveness of attorney’s on the state writ.

So as a result of Lisa Milstein’s actions, the only one to suffer, was Clinton.
